Like I mentioned before I'm a communication studies major which means Ive learned a lot about how people communicate. Through out my years of classes on the subject of communication the teachers always stressed the importance of knowing that most times it is not what you say but how you say it. I definitely understand that. That being said there are some words that can over power the tone and body language you use. Some of these words can positively effect how others see you for example the correct use of big words but some can negatively effect how people look at you, in this case specifically how I look at you. I have composed as short list of words that should be retired. If you have any suggestions please comment.
Words to be retired . . .
moreover
( if you know me, you know my hate of this word. what does it mean? how do you use it? if it were up to me this word would NEVER be used)
swagg
( the retirement of this word includes any swagg type references such as swagger, swagger jack, swaggness, etc.)
bop
(I first heard this word in high school, I hated it then . . . I hate it now)
cute
(this only applys to guys. I do not want to hear a grown man describe anything as cute)
gay
(apparently we are not suppose to use this word to describe bad or stupid situation well that what the public service announcements have been telling me)
