Although The "Scream" series was originally intended to be a trilogy, a fourth movie has been rumored on and off several times, particularly with some fans, since the release of the third installment. The movie was officially announced in July of 2008 by The Weinsteins/Dimension in a press release, and is due for release in 2010, 10 years after Scream 3 (2000).
A fourth movie was announced by the Weinstein Company in July 2008. Wes Craven said that he wouldn't mind directing this film, but it would take a very good script to get him back. Craven also went on to say, "It would take it being really as good a script as the first one was, and the pay day reflects what I've done for that company." Writer Kevin Williamson is writing the fourth film and has said that it is part of a new trilogy. According to Variety, Bob Weinstein has confirmed that Neve Campbell will return as Sidney Prescott in Scream 4. He also said that Wes Craven has agreed to direct. Courteney Cox Arquette. David Arquette and Alex Williams have also been confirmed.

Stright to DVD
Trick 'r Treat is a horror film. Originally slated for an October 5, 2007 release, it was announced in September 2007 that the film had been pushed back. The movie is to be released direct to dvd on October 6, 2009.
Trick 'r Treat is a collection of creepy stories that mixes fun with fear, candy with poison, and laughter with screams.
In the tradition of Creepshow and Tales From the Crypt comes four interwoven tales set on Halloween night: a high-school principal who moonlights as a vicious serial killer, a young virgin whose quest for that special someone takes a gruesome turn, a group of teens who carries out a cruel prank with disastrous consequences, and a cantankerous old man who battles a mischievous trick-or-treating demon.
Personally, I look forword to seeing this movie. Im not expecting a great story line but if its anything like Creep Show or Tales from the Creep it should be full of gore and very entertaining.

Zombies Can Be Funny
In the horror comedy Zombieland focuses on two men who have found a way to survive a world overrun by zombies. Tallahassee is an AK-toting, zombie-slaying' bad ass whose single determination is to get the last Twinkie on earth. As they join forces with Wichita and Little Rock, who have also found unique ways to survive the zombie mayhem, they will have to determine which is worse: relying on each other or succumbing to the zombies.
I personally thought it was VERY funny but a little short. The best part is the rules on how to survive living in Zombieland. ( example : DOUBLE TAPP ; always where a seat belt & check the back seat )

OMG Ive got to see it . . .
Ever since I watched the Disney cartoon of Alice in Wonderland, I've always been able to imagine myself as the misguided Alice. Finding herself in the wrong place at the wrong time. So I was extremely excited when I got wind that Disney would be at it again, creating a live action/3D Alice in Wonderland. Directed by Tim Burton and Starring two of my favorite actors Johnny Depp and Anne Hathaway along with Mia Wasikowska. It is expected to be in theatres and IMAX-3D March 5,2010.

Although I don't usually watch the MTV Movie Awards, I'm getting pretty pumped about this years Awards on May 31st. It's Andy Samberg’s hosting debut and I think he is hilarious.
But if the awards are like any other year, not funny at all, then at least we get a month worth of funny promotional commercials.
This commercial has Jack Black and Michael Cera talking about how Andy is a product their relationship and how he was delivered out of their penishole.

What can you say about Johnny that won’t make a person laugh, cry, sigh or have the cops knocking on your door at 6 in the morning asking where you were the night before. Johnny Polygon is an experience. Starting as a b-boy and break-dancer in his youth because it looked fun, then witnessing the art of rapping and just knowing that he could do it better than the local talent that surrounded him. That may seem cocky, but Johnny, at age 14 possessed a natural talent that grew in the modest city of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Raw and untrained he had the ear to find the right beat and turn it into a canvas for his stories.

The release of the Nintendo DSi in the States is April 5th and Im extra excited about it. What makes it different from the Nintendo DS you may ask:
1. it has 2 cameras that are built into it,The Nintendo DSi system comes with the first truly interactive digital camera in a video game system with 10 different interactive "lenses" that can manipulate your photos.
2. it has a voice recorder and music player.

we arent ready
Bruno, the next project coming from Borat's Sacha Baron Cohen, has been delayed because of its initial NC-17 rating. If they can not get the movie rating down most likely we will not see the likes of Bruno on the big screen. So far they have spent about $42.5 million dollars creating this movie and if its half as funny as Borat I can't wait to see it.
For all who don't know Bruno, who has no known surname, is a homosexual character claiming to be a reporter from an Austrian television station and interviews unsuspecting guests about topics such as fashion, entertainment, celebrities and homosexuality, with an emphasis on the latter as each interview progresses.
Well, until the potential release of the movie we will have to settle for clips of Bruno from Da Ali G Show.

I tried fondue for the first time a few days ago.
Fondue is a Swiss communal dish shared at the table in an earthenware pot over a small burner. Diners use forks to dip bits of food (bread, potatoes, beacon, pineapples, apples, etc.) into the warm semi-liquid sauce (commonly a cheese mix).
Personally, I'm going to vote NO on fondue. I didn't like the taste and the idea of eating something that was dipped in hot cheese that everyone else at the table has already dipped their food in doesn't seem kosher.

Awww man
Well I was really excited to go see THE HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT which comes out Friday, March 27. The story involves a family that is forced to relocate near a clinic where their teenage son was being treated for cancer. The family begins experiencing violent, supernatural events that the parents first blame on stress and hallucinations from the boy's illness and treatment. The family later discovers the home's haunted past, and seek the assistance of a local priest. But after visiting the Golden Raspberry Awards' website @ http://www.razzie.com/ Im a little weary of wasting my time and money seeing it. They picked it as the worst new movie of the week. Today, I went to dinner with my friend and his family. I went to the men's room at the same time as his father, and as we peed next to each other in adjacent urinals the father looked over at me and said "Don't worry, I've seen smaller." FML
Today, I received my passport in the mail. They got my birthdate wrong. Then I picked up my birth certificate that I had sent in with the application. Turns out my parents have been celebrating my birthday on the wrong day for 16 years. FML
Today, this really attractive woman that I've known for years told me that when I can have sex with her standing up, she'll have sex with me. I'm confined to a wheelchair. FML
